Here's how it works

  Say you have a Joomla website that provides information and resources about Automobiles. With AJ Simply Jobs Board, you can instantly offer more than just information to your visitors, simply install and configure the component to provide relevant job listings of "mechanics", "car sales", "transportation", "drivers", etc, etc...
This can be achieved by providing a default search keywords such as the ones mentioned in the previous example. You can also be more specific and provide a default location for the search or assign values to the multiple Advanced and Special filters. For instance, you can show job listings of "car sales" in "Los Angeles, California" as a default search.
The Component can be used in many different ways, for instance:

• as a full Job Search Engine (advanced and special filters included in Pro version!),
• as a Job Board Listings with fixed search parameters (No Search boxes if you don't want to show them),
• as multiple Sections in your site (i.e.: one section showing "Sales Jobs" in a specific city, another one showing "Marketing Jobs" in another city, and so on),
• as a Job Board Listing for a specific Company or Location,

The version 1.0 of AJ Simply Jobs Board will be discontinued on June 4th, 2012.  AJ Subscribers and Donors will be contacted directly (otherwise contact us) to receive a free copy of the new PRO version as a way to show our gratitute for all your support.

Users of the free version are encouraged to obtain a copy of the latest LITE or PRO version 1.1 of the component to replace the current v1.0 before June 4th, 2012 since the old component v1.0 will be discontinued and will not work again after this date.

These changes are due to the fact that there wasn't enough subscribers to support the costs of offering a SAS solution for the component (version 1.0), therefore we decided to create two new versions of the component (LITE & PRO) that access the Jobamatic API directly, the same great features included in the previous version of the component are still there, and in addition to that, "under the hood" improvements were added, integration with Joomla's core Cache system to speed up the loading time of your search result pages and overall performance, and automatic garbage collection removal for outdated cache files, among others.
